We invite you to get to know us better by exploring our carefully curated selection of pasture-raised beef, pork, lamb, chicken, and eggs, all sourced from local farms. Once you’ve made your choices, we can help you make the most of them with cooking tips, guidance, and inspiration. Or if you already know exactly what you’re doing, we can hand off your beautiful cuts of meat for you to transform into your next culinary masterpiece!
LOCAL FOOD FROM OUR FARMER FRIENDS
No one can live on meat alone, so we have a wide selection of groceries from local farmers to help you fill your fridge and pantry. While we prepare your meat, you can stock up on yogurt, sauerkraut, pickles, beans and lentils, cheese, charcuterie, spices and condiments, and so much more. Looking for cold cuts or ready-to-eat foods? Look no further! We offer house-made roast beef, ham, bacon, and even rotisserie chicken.
And it doesn’t stop there! We can even help you take control of your meat supply with our beef shares. Gather a group of neighbors or friends, buy a whole animal, and stock all your freezers!

JOIN US FOR AN EVENT OR CLASS
We will be at Westkill Supply on Sunday 4/20 for a 4:20 event serving smash burgers with, bacon jam and smoked cheddar cheese. There will be a joint rolling contest, dispensaries and live music. Event starts at 1pm, doors open at noon.
We will also be at SaltBox bar in uptown on Tuesday 4/29 serving burgers and hot dogs for Queer Night. Food starts at 6:30-9pm, hangs start at 6 till whenever your heart desires.
