We offer whole-animal shares to help you stock up on quality meat at an affordable price. Let us help you purchase a whole, half, or quarter of a steer; a whole pig or side of pork; or a whole lamb. Every cut comes in a vacuum-sealed bag ready to stick in the freezer. Enjoy everything from ground beef to tenderloin for just $7.50/lb-$10.50/lb.

Keep in mind that when you purchase a share of beef, we custom cut everything, so we can offer you an array of choices. Everything will come vacuum-sealed and fresh, ready for the freezer. The price is based on the side's hanging weight ($7.50/lb-$10.50/lb). A full steer is anywhere from 650 to 800 lbs. Typically you would take home about 25% steaks, 15% roasts, 10% round cuts, 35% ground beef, and 15% miscellaneous cuts, including short ribs, brisket, shanks, bones, and offal.
Top Round – London broil steaks 1" thick - 1 per cryo OR roasts - average 20 lbs. total (can be split) OR stew cubes
Bottom Round – cut in ½ - 1 per cryo (average 6 lbs. each) - "RUMP ROAST" OR stew cubes
Eye Round - whole (average 4-5 lbs. each)
Sirloin Tip - cut in ½ - 1 per cryo (average 6 lbs. each) OR stew cubes
Tri-Tip - whole - 1 per cryo
Shanks - osso buco 2.5" thick - 1 per cryo
Top Sirloin – 1” steaks – 1 per pack (you can go up to 2" thick here)
Sirloin Flap/Bavette - whole - 1 per cryo (average 3 lbs.) OR split
Oxtail
Short Loin - Chateaubriand into 1-2" filet steaks OR whole (average 2 lb.)
1-2" bone-in OR boneless strip steaks - 1 per cryo
1-2" filet mignon steaks
Rib - bone-in 1-2” steaks – 1 per pack
Short Ribs - 2" cubes - cryo (English Style) - you can also get 6" dino ribs here, Texas BBQ style
Chuck – chuck eye 1" thick steaks OR 3-4# roast or half steaks half roast
